On April 11, an event dedicated to the Digital Code of the Kyrgyz Republic was held at the headquarters of the United Nations within the framework of the activities of the UNCITRAL Working Group IV on the initiative of the Ministry of Digital Development of the Kyrgyz Republic and the International Consortium for the Development of Digital Legislation. The event was held with the support of the Center for International and Comparative Legal Studies.
The presented draft of the Digital Code aroused great interest among international experts who are members of the Working Group. During the discussion, the issues of digital transformation, which are universal in nature and affect various states of the world, were touched upon. Delegates from Australia, Hungary, Germany, Spain, the Russian Federation, Thailand took an active part in the discussion. Experts from various countries expressed a positive assessment of the work done and the presented project, and also noted its uniqueness and breakthrough significance for the development of the digital economy
