Kyrgyzstan’s readiness to implement e-government services – UNDP report

This report, “E-Readiness Assessment, Kyrgyz Republic – December 2012”, is an assessment of the situation of the readiness of the Kyrgyz Republic to implement e-government services (ES). The report also analyzed concepts, strategic documents and current national ES projects. A key objective of current programs is to evaluate UNDP initiatives to support the government in ensuring a quick and effective transition from ES concepts to implementation. This publication has been prepared with the support of the UNDP project “Capacity Building Mechanisms” (financed by UNDP and the Open Society Institute) and a joint project of the European Union and UN “Promoting good governance to achieve social justice.”
