The experience of conducting DLSs in neighboring countries has proven the effectiveness of having a NGO partner in each country. In particular, to address issues of logistics, administration and adjustment of the agenda in the local context. The agenda of each of them was adjusted to the national situation, the requirements of the audience and the principle of “individual day – individual theme”.

The CIIP created advocacy oriented learning environment. Local NGOs that have already assisted in an organization of School of Digital Rights can conduct their own national schools which are targeted to joining both the civil and media activists as well as the representatives of the governmental bodies to develop internal potential of the country where the trainings are conducted according to this manual.

The contents of the manual can be found here: Guidelines for the organization of an advocacy-oriented learning environment.
