IMF is ready to participate in “Taza Koom” program of digitization of Kyrgyzstan

The International Monetary Fund (IMF) expressed readiness to cooperate with the authorities of Kyrgyzstan within the framework of the state program “Taza Koom”.

Edward Jemayel, head of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) mission, announced his intention to cooperate with Kyrgyzstan on The “Taza koom” Country digitalization program. In his view, this step would serve to increase foreign direct investment.

Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan Sapar Isakov, speaking about the plans of the authorities, said that the program will optimize the mechanisms of obtaining state services. “We plan to optimize the expenses of the State and reduce the corruption risks through digitalization of the relations between society and the state. By doing so, we can adjust the existing gaps in the budget. In 2018, our government will become digital, “he said.
