This study is one of the first large-scale studies of the ICT industry in Kyrgyzstan. The purpose of this study was to examine and, to an acceptable extent, assess the state of ICT development, as the main mechanism for tracking progress in the field of ICT, and to fully support ICT development through a comprehensive assessment of the state in this area.
