In Kyrgyzstan, market reforms have been underway for more than fifteen years. During this time, the mechanisms for regulating the economy were repeatedly changed, and the legal foundations for the development of entrepreneurship were laid. The purpose of the state policy in the sphere of regulation of economic activity of entrepreneurs is, on the one hand, the rejection of the redundancy of mandatory requirements and their administration, on the other – increasing the effectiveness of government actions in areas where its participation is absolutely necessary.
