On the International Children’s Day on June 1, the Children’s Information Technology Forum “Kids IT Day” was held in Kyrgyzstan for the first time.<\/p>\n

The children’s forum was organized for children with disabilities and children from low-income families aged 12 to 17 under the joint initiative of the Central Commission for Elections and Referendums of the Kyrgyz Republic, Public Foundation “Civil Internet Policy Initiative”, High-Tech Park of the Kyrgyz Republic, Kyrgyz Association of Developers Software and Services (KARPOU) and the PF “League of Defenders of the Rights of the Child” with the support of the Presidential Administration, the Ministry of Digital Development, the State Institution “Project Office”.<\/p>\n

At the forum site, children and teenagers were able to take part in contests and interactive activities, a flash mob with bloggers and an eSports tournament, and took part in a master class in programming and robotics. ICT experts and specialists presented motivational stories that revealed possible perspectives in this area.
\nIt is also important to note that within the framework of the forum at the end there was a drawing of prizes from the partners of the event and, by a lucky chance, the main certificate for 10,000 soms from the general partner O! won by a special student – a pupil of gymnasium No. 62 Bayel Akimbekov.<\/p>\n

The solemn part of the event included the awarding of children, among whom were:
