Such data are given in the report on preliminary results of realization of the national strategy of sustainable Development of Kyrgyzstan for 2013-2017 years. For comparison, according to the results of 2015, the country had 4.<a href=\"https:\/\/digital.report\/obzor-ryinka-telekommunikatsiy-v-kyirgyizstane-na-konets-2015-goda-issledovanie-giip\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">8 million\u00a0<\/a>users of data transmission services, according to the state agency of Communications. That is, the dynamics of the number of Internet users can be estimated at 6.25%.<\/p>\n<p>In the global ICT rating of the International Telecommunication Union for <a href=\"https:\/\/digital.report\/byivshiy-sssr-v-ikt-reytinge-mse-polovina-stran-topchetsya-na-meste\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">2016<\/a> Kyrgyzstan took 113 place from 175 countries.
