The CIIP promotes legal and regulatory reforms in the field of telecommunications policy, ensuring transparent and predictable regulation of the field, competition and free access to information resources and telecommunications services, fighting corruption by building transparent radio frequency management, creating conditions for building a world-class and high-end digital telecommunications infrastructure. bandwidth.<\/span><\/p>\n

The main areas of work of CIIP in the field of telecommunications:<\/span><\/p>\n

– creation of conditions for building a telecommunications infrastructure as the basis of the digital economy (technical regulation issues, including digital and telecommunications infrastructure, interconnection, network neutrality, antitrust regulation);<\/span><\/p>\n

– <\/span>constant monitoring of initiatives on excessive, or vice versa, obviously insufficient legal regulation of the sphere;<\/b><\/p>\n

– minimization of risks for telecommunication operators in connection with the transition of the Kyrgyz Republic to the format of digital broadcasting;<\/span><\/p>\n

– implementation of effective transparent radio frequency management by the regulator in the communications industry;<\/span><\/p>\n

– <\/span>research of the telecommunication market.<\/b><\/p>\n

The efforts of the CIIP team are focused on creating effective legal tools to regulate telecommunications.<\/span><\/p>\n

The task of CIIP in this area is a creation of legal conditions for providing the entire territory of the Kyrgyz Republic with universal broadband access to Internet with favorable price. Every household, school, hospital, aiyl okmotu, and local entrepreneurs must be connected to the Internet on accessible conditions. Cloud technologies, regional data centers, digital infrastructure should be the basis for an international regional partnership.<\/span><\/p>\n

The CIIP, together with its partners, is paying attention to the issues of simplifying the allocation and transformation of land for the construction of communication facilities \u2014 networks, masts; fair antitrust regulation; creating digital innovations based on business, including an increase in the share of non-cash and digital payments due to the implementations of innovations between banks and telecom operators, using the possibilities offered by business for payment of utilities, fines and public services from the balance of subscribers; development of ICT infrastructure in the regions on the basis of \u201cstep-by-step\u201d accessibility and reasonable prices by creating a sufficient legal base, including sharing networks and radio access technologies (running-sharing, network-sharing), standards for building communication networks.<\/span><\/p>\n
